Sri Patel Hardwares

We are located at 1/3, New Vaniyamkula Street. It is a narrow street but it stays busy because we are so close to the bus stand. Sri Patel Hardwares is inside the Roundana Radha Lodge Building. It’s a well-known building in this area. You can see the buses coming and going all day long, and the sound of the engines is something you just get used to. Being near the bus stand means we get a lot of people who are just passing through town. They might need something quickly before they head out. The shop is on the ground level, so it’s easy to get in and out. The Radha Lodge building is old but sturdy. New Vaniyamkula Street has its own character, with small shops lined up one after another. We have a lot of heavy items, so being on the ground floor is a must. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just sell hardware to the people who need it. The air is often filled with the smell of the nearby eateries and the exhaust from the buses. It’s a practical, gritty part of town. We’ve been here at the Roundana for a while, and we know the rhythms of the bus schedules. It’s a good place for a hardware store because people are always fixing things. We just keep the shelves stocked and the door open from early morning until the last bus leaves the station.
