Saravana Tool

You can find Saravana Tool over at No:28/80 in the J.R.S. Tower. We are located right on Kosamadam Street, which stays pretty busy most of the day. The shop is filled with all kinds of tools, from small hand tools to bigger stuff for heavy work. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside because we try to fit as much as we can on the shelves. There isn't much room for a fancy showroom, so things are just stacked where they fit best. We spend a lot of time helping people find the right size tool for whatever they’re fixing at home. It’s a lot of walking back and forth to the storage area. Kosamadam Street has a lot of character, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. We don't use any high-tech systems to track our customers; we just remember people when they come back. Sometimes the light in the back of the shop flickers a bit, but we know our way around. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just a place where we work hard and try to be helpful. We don't have any big speeches about our values. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s honest and it keeps us occupied. If you need something for a repair, we’re usually here behind the counter waiting for the next person to walk in.
