Ms Engineering Consultancy

Our small office, Ms Engineering Consultancy, is located in Madurai at number 2, First Street in Amman Nagar. We are over in the Umachikulam area, right near the flyover. If you have been through this part of town, you know it can get a bit congested during peak hours. The flyover is a big landmark for us, making it easier to tell people where to turn off the main road. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops. Our work mostly involves sitting down with calculators and technical drawings. It is a quiet kind of job, really. We have a few computers and some old filing cabinets that have been with us for years. The room is usually filled with the sound of a ceiling fan and the occasional car horn from the street outside. We are not into anything flashy, just the basic stuff you need to get engineering work done. Most of our day is spent checking measurements and talking over the phone with people about technical details. Sometimes we walk out to the nearby shops for tea in the afternoon. It is a very normal, local way of doing things. We like being near the flyover because it connects us to the rest of Madurai pretty easily. There is no big sign outside, just a small one so people can find the right door. It is just how we like it. The work gets done without much noise.
