Mmda Group

Our office is at 303 on the Vellore Main Road, right near the EB office in New Mallavadi. It is a convenient spot for us because everyone knows where the electricity board is located. We operate as the Mmda Group, and we handle various bits of property and land work around here. The main road is always active, which brings a lot of people by our door. We aren’t interested in those polished corporate vibes. Our office is a practical space for practical work. We spend our time looking at land titles and talking to buyers who want to settle in New Mallavadi or the surrounding parts of Vellore. It can be a lot of back-and-forth, but that is the nature of the business. We’ve been at this location long enough to know the local geography inside and out. We don’t have a flashy mission statement or anything. We just help people get their property stuff sorted without too much fuss. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood. We sit down, have a glass of water, and figure out the details. The EB office nearby is a great landmark, so we never have to explain our location twice. We’re just a group of people working hard on the main road, trying to make sure our clients are treated right. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. We stay busy with the local land deals.
