We are Jai Rudra Event Management and we are located in Tiruvannamalai. Our place is at No 10 on 7th Street. If you know where the Tamilnadu Hotel is, we are right opposite that. It is a pretty well-known spot, so people don't usually get lost looking for us. Working in events in a place like Tiruvannamalai means there is always something happening. We spend most of our time planning and talking to different people about what they need for their gatherings. The office is usually a bit of a whirlwind with folders and schedules all over the place. It is not a shiny, polished corporate environment, just a real working space where we get things sorted. Sometimes we are out on-site more than we are in the office, but that is just the way this business goes. We have been around for some time now and have gotten used to the fast pace. It takes a lot of patience to get everything right, and we spend plenty of hours just making sure we haven't missed anything. Being across from the hotel is convenient for us and for the people we work with. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay level-headed when things get busy or stressful. It is a simple setup but it works for us. We often have tea while we go over the day's notes and prepare for the next morning's work.
