We are located at number 264 on Vinayagar Kovil Street in Pallavaram. It’s a pretty well-known area in this part of Tamil Nadu, right near the local place of worship. The office is close enough to the shrine that people usually find us just by asking for directions to it. It is a practical location for our work at Flsmidth Pvt Ltd. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything like that here. It’s just a solid, basic place where we handle our business tasks every single day. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we do. We deal with a lot of heavy technical specifications and industrial parts, so the office desks can get a bit messy with big blueprints and parts catalogues. We don't really care much for that corporate polish you see in the big city offices in Chennai. Here, it’s more about getting the actual tasks done and making sure nothing falls through the cracks during the week. The staff here are mostly from around the local neighborhood, so we have a very casual and friendly way of doing things. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the work while we are in the middle of doing it. It’s not a fancy environment, but it’s our space. Sometimes the street outside gets very crowded during festival times because of the crowds.
