VJ Foundations

Our office for VJ Foundations is at number 22 in Bakkiyathammal Nagar. If you know where Padi is, we are quite close to the Dav Boys High School. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually a bit quieter than the main roads. We spend our time working on building stuff and managing construction sites. Most of our tools and papers are scattered around the office here. It’s not a polished showroom, just a place where we get things organized. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage everything ourselves. When someone calls about a foundation or a building project, we usually meet them here or out at the site. The school nearby means it gets a bit lively in the afternoons when the kids are leaving. We’ve lived and worked in Chennai for a long time, so we know the local ground and how things go around here. There is always some paperwork to finish or a site visit to plan. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the actual labor and planning. We stay pretty busy throughout the year. If you find yourself in Bakkiyathammal Nagar, you’ll likely see our sign. It is a straightforward business. We focus on the concrete and the bricks and making sure the structure stands up right. That is what we do every day. We just keep our heads down and work.
