Tribology (I) Ltd is located in Padi, specifically within the TVS Industrial Complex. We are right near Brakes India, which is the big landmark most people use to find us. Padi is a heavily industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise and activity around. You’ll see plenty of lorries and workers moving through the complex at all hours. Our building isn't anything modern or shiny. It’s a functional space that has been around for a while. Inside, it’s mostly about the work—no fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We have our desks, our files, and the equipment we need. It can get quite dusty in the dry months, and the heat in the summer is something we all just deal with. Most of the staff has been working here for years, so we’re a tight-knit group. We aren't the kind of people who sit around writing fancy mission statements or using corporate jargon. We just handle the business that comes in. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes brought from home and eaten at the desks. The TVS Industrial Complex is a massive place, and being a part of it feels like being part of the backbone of the local economy. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We show up, do what needs to be done, and that’s about it. There’s a sense of pride in just doing a day’s work without any extra fluff.
