Sweshmi Property Holdings LLP

Our place is located at 7 F3 on Duraisamy Reddy Street. We are right near the Nagathaman Koil and the old VAO office in Korattur. It’s a busy little area in Ambattur. We handle property holdings and it’s mostly just a local operation. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything. It’s just a couple of us working out of this small office. We have a lot of files and maps spread out on the desks. Dealing with property in Tiruvallur means we are always on the move. We spend half our time at the office and the other half out at the sites. The street outside can get really noisy, especially when there’s a festival at the temple. We’ve been here for a good while and we know most of the people on the street. We don't do any flashy advertising. Usually, people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign. We try to keep things straightforward. There’s a lot of paperwork with land holdings and we spend a lot of time making sure everything is correct. It’s tedious work but it’s important. We have a fan in the office but it still gets hot in the afternoons. We just keep at it every day. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We just do our work and go home when the sun goes down. It's enough for us.
