The workshop is usually a very busy and loud place because of the machines and the plating process. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean, as we are always dealing with metal parts and various liquids. The heat in Chennai, especially in an industrial area like Ambattur, can be pretty intense during the day. We have been working out of G6 for a long time now. Most of our customers are local businesses who need their metal parts treated. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Our space is filled with tanks, racks, and pieces of metal waiting to be processed. We just focus on getting the coating right and making sure everything is finished on time. Sometimes the smells from the chemicals are strong, but that’s just the nature of electroplating. We have a small team of workers who know the process inside out. We don’t spend money on big ads; we just rely on people knowing we are here on 19th Avenue. It’s hard, manual work, and we just show up and do it every day without any big fuss or corporate talk. We take things as they come and try to keep the machines running, even when the heat gets to be a bit much for everyone.
