We are located at 13, Lakshmi Nagar in Sirukaveripakkam. If you're looking for us, we’re right opposite the BTO office. Our building is where we handle all our food production. It’s a busy place with a lot of different smells depending on what we’re making that day. Sometimes it’s spices, other times it’s something sweet. We have a small kitchen area and a space for packing everything up. It’s not a high-tech factory; it’s mostly people doing things by hand. We find that's the best way to keep an eye on everything. The team here is like a small family. We’ve had some of the same people working the stoves and the packing tables for a decade now. We don't have a big corporate office or a PR team. Most of our day is spent making sure the ingredients are fresh and the batches are coming out right. We have a small desk near the front door where we handle the orders and the phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big order comes in, and the whole place is filled with the sound of packing tape and crates being moved. We just keep at it until the work is done. It’s a simple operation, run by people who live right here in the area. We just want to do a decent job every day and get the orders out to our customers on time.
