Sreearc Homes

Sreearc Homes is based out of Valasaravakkam, specifically on A V Krishna Swami Salai in Janaki Nagar. We’re pretty close to the HDFC Bank, which makes it a handy landmark for anyone trying to find us. The office is at number 18. It’s a typical Chennai setup—a bit of a climb up the stairs and a ceiling fan that works overtime in the summer. We spend our days coordinating between different sites and making sure the bags of cement and bricks are where they need to be. It’s a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on the masonry work. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with shiny brochures. We mostly show people what we’re currently building nearby. The roads around here can be a bit bumpy, and when it rains, the mud gets everywhere, but that’s just part of working in construction. We’ve been in this area for a while, so we know the local quirks and where to get the best materials. Our team is small, just a handful of us who handle everything from the initial sketch to the final coat of paint. It’s practical work. We aren't architects who just sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. We are out there on the ground, making sure the foundations are dug deep enough. It’s a long process, but we enjoy seeing a house actually turn into someone’s home. It is honest work for honest people.
