You can find us over at No. 792 on Trunk Road in Poonamallee. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of trucks and buses passing by SPE Fortune Construction LLP. Being in the Tiruvallur district, we see a lot of activity every single day. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We don’t have much in the way of decorations or fancy furniture. It’s a place where work actually happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site maps spread out over the tables. Poonamallee has grown so much lately, and being on Trunk Road puts us right in the middle of all that movement. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, and the tea shop nearby is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple setup for a construction firm. We don’t go around making big promises or using a lot of corporate talk. We just show up in the morning, see what needs to be done for the current projects, and get to it. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for people to visit, but we are usually out at the sites anyway. It’s a regular life here in Tamil Nadu, just keeping the business running and making sure the jobs get finished. We like being in this part of town because everything is accessible, even if it is a bit noisy.
