Sigma Welds

Sigma Welds is over at 153, Sidco Industrial Estate in Ambattur. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a place where things are made. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years. The workshop isn't pretty, but it serves its purpose. There's usually a smell of metal and a bit of dust in the air. That's just part of the job. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It's just a few of us making sure everything gets welded and finished like it should. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting in an office. Ambattur is a tough, hardworking area, and we fit right in. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just do it. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot of orders to get through. But we just keep at it. The equipment we use is well-worn but reliable. We don't see the need for a lot of flash. Our space at Sidco is where we feel most comfortable. It’s where the real work happens. You might find us in work clothes, maybe a bit dirty from the day's tasks. That’s just how it goes here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building. We just want to do our work without any unnecessary drama.
