S&P Foundation,Chennai

This office is based at 73, S&P Residency in Chennai. It’s out in the 600095 area, which is a bit different from the crowded city center. We spend most of our time dealing with building projects and residency matters. The building we are in is actually one we are very familiar with. It’s a decent spot, usually a bit quieter than the main roads of Chennai, which we appreciate. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep all our records and meet with people who are interested in the residency. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a regular door with our name on it. Inside, it's pretty functional—just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go for a breath of air, though the view is just other buildings in the complex. The staff here is small, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day things. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. We've been here long enough that the local delivery guys know us by name and don't even ask for directions anymore. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the office looking like a showroom. It’s just our daily workspace where things get sorted out eventually.
