You can find us at 1423 on the first floor. We are in Thiruvalluvar Nagar, which is part of the Anna Nagar West Extension in Mogappair. Rockpearl Granitechh Pvt Ltd is the name we use. We focus on granite and stone work. Being on the first floor means we are a bit above the street noise, but we still hear the motorbikes passing by. The office has several samples of granite on display so people can see the different grains and colors. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about their building projects. It’s a regular office with some chairs and a desk where we do the accounts. Mogappair is a busy neighborhood and there are always new buildings going up. We stay busy because of that. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass skyscraper. Just a local business at a local address. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if we have to carry heavy things, but we manage. We’ve been at 1423 for a good while. People know the name. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. We keep things honest and just show what we have in stock. It is a simple way to run a business. We like the area and the people here.
