Pavithra Constructions

Pavithra Constructions is based out of Plot No 02 over in Laxmikantham Mall. We are situated on 2nd Cross Street in Rajiv Nagar, Thiruverkadu. It’s a busy little area, especially being so close to the Vanagaram fish market. You can usually tell when it’s a market day because the traffic gets a bit backed up on the main road. Our office isn't anything too flashy. It’s just where we keep the paperwork and meet up before heading out to different sites. We spend a lot of time on our feet or driving around. The mall itself has a lot of different shops, so there’s always people walking by our door. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with all the activity outside, but we don't mind it much. We’ve got a few desks and some old chairs where we sit to talk about the projects. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. There’s usually some dust on the floor from boots coming in and out. We’ve been in this part of Rajiv Nagar for a while and have seen a lot of houses go up around here. It’s a growing spot. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. Dealing with the weather is probably the hardest part of what we do, but that's just construction. We like being near the market because it's easy to grab something quick for lunch. It works for us.
