Morpeus Project Management

Our office is tucked away on 2nd Street in Vetrivel Nagar, over in the Kolathur area of Chennai. If you know the neighborhood, it's pretty residential and quiet, which suits us just fine for the kind of work we do at Morpeus Project Management. We handle project management, which basically means we spend our whole day looking at schedules and making sure things are happening on time. It's a lot of coordination and talking to different people to see where their parts of the job stand. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to figure out a new plan on the fly. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we're a smaller group that just stays busy with our current lists. The office address is 20/9, and it’s a simple space where we keep our computers and all the project folders. Most of our time is spent on calls or staring at spreadsheets. It's not glamorous work, but someone has to keep things organized so they don't fall apart. Chennai heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and just push through the day. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just take the projects we have and try to see them through to the end without too much drama. It’s a steady routine of checking boxes and following up with contractors to make sure the work gets finished.
