Makali Industries

Peenya is known for being a bit rough and ready and our place at B/1 in the N. Industrial Estate is no different. We are situated on SRS Road in the first stage of the area. It is a big industrial zone so the air is always a bit heavy with the smell of metal and grease. Our building is a basic concrete structure that has seen better days, but it does what we need it to do. There is a lot of noise here from the machinery and the trucks that rumble past on the road outside. It is not the kind of place you come to for a quiet chat. We have our equipment set up in the main area and that is where most of the work happens. It gets quite hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof, so we have a few big industrial fans blowing air around. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably find us in our work clothes, busy with a production run. There is a small office in the front where we keep the ledgers and the phone, but we are mostly out on the floor. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when we have a big order to get out. We have been in this spot for years and we know all the quirks of the machines we use.
