Our place is out in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Kakkalur. We’re at units 91 and 92. Being in an industrial area means there are always trucks moving around and the sounds of machinery from the neighbors. We work with chemicals here, so there’s always a bit of a smell in the air, mostly cleaning fluids or raw materials. It’s not a place for a fancy office. We have large drums and containers stacked up everywhere. We spend most of our time making sure everything is labeled right and stored where it should be. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space we have. We aren't a massive factory, just a group of people who know how to handle these specific mixtures. We have some old desks in the corner where we do the shipping paperwork, but usually, everyone is out on the floor. Sometimes things spill and we have to stop everything to clean it up properly. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they need what we make for their own businesses. We just focus on getting the drums filled and loaded onto the trucks. It’s a lot of physical labor and paying attention to small details so nothing goes wrong. That’s our day-to-day life here. We’ve been in the estate for years and know most of the other businesses around the village.
