Lalitha Constructions

Our office is over on 9th Street in Chowdry Nagar. It is tucked away in Valasaravakkam, not far from the Virugampakkam Mega Mart. Most people in the area know the landmark, which makes it easier to give directions to Lalitha Constructions. We are a construction outfit, so our focus is on the actual building work. You will not find any fancy lounges or polished glass walls here. Instead, there are site maps, some bags of sample sand, and a lot of notebooks. We spend a lot of time on the phone with masonry workers and supervisors. Valasaravakkam has been expanding so much lately, and we stay busy with residential projects mostly. We are not interested in being the loudest company out there. We just want to make sure the foundations are deep and the walls are straight. Usually, the day starts quite early before the sun gets too hot for the laborers on site. We drop by the office to check the mail and handle some paperwork before heading out again. It is a practical life, and we like it that way. We do not have a big marketing team or anything. We just rely on the work we have done in the past and the people who tell their friends about us. It is just how things work in this part of Chennai.
