Our facility is over at Door No. 1, S No. 472/4 A in Jai Nagar, which is part of Amarambedu in Kancheepuram. It’s a bit outside the main hustle of the city, which gives us some room to breathe. Nisco Precision Pvt. Ltd. is basically a workshop and office combined into one. It’s a functional space designed for precision work, so you won't find any plush carpets or designer furniture here. It’s all concrete floors and sturdy workbenches. The air in Kancheepuram can get really still and hot, so we mostly just focus on our tasks and try to keep things moving. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows what they need to do. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend time on things that don't matter, like fancy decorations or polished mission statements on the wall. We just show up in Jai Nagar and get through the day's requirements. The area around us is still fairly quiet, which we don't mind at all. Sometimes a cow wanders past the gate, or we see the local transport trucks heading out. It’s just a regular part of the industrial landscape in this region. We aren't here to be flashy. We are here to do the work that needs doing. The space is a bit rough around the edges, but it’s ours and it works for what we need to accomplish every single day.
