It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Chennai is always hot, so we have the fans going at full speed all day. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or people selling things on the street. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. We don't have any fancy posters or mission statements on the walls. Just some maps and schedules pinned up. It’s a very practical environment. We don't worry about being polished. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if it is a bit crowded with all the files and equipment.
