We are based in Chennai, specifically out in the Ambattur area. Our address is number 7 on Patel Street in Venkateshwara Nagar. It’s a regular street with houses and small businesses all mixed together. We’ve been here for a while now. The humidity in Chennai can be tough, but we have some fans going to keep us moving. We mostly spend our time on property management tasks. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so the desks are usually covered in folders. It’s not a corporate headquarters or anything like that. Just a simple office where we can focus. The neighborhood is okay, usually quiet except for the local traffic. We know the people on our street and they know us. Sometimes we walk down the road to get some coffee in the afternoon. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do because it’s just work. You come in, you check the lists, you talk to the people who need things managed, and you go home. We’ve found that being in Ambattur is convenient for reaching different parts of the city when we need to. It’s a reliable spot for us and it fits the way we like to work. We are just a group of people doing our jobs as best as we can in this neighborhood.
