Harnish Builders

Harnish Builders is tucked away at No 18 on Alamaram Street, which is just off Station Road in Veppampattu. We are in the Avadi area of Chennai, and as the name of the street suggests, we are right near the big banyan tree and the railway station. It is a very local spot. We mostly spend our time walking around building sites or sitting in the office trying to get the paperwork sorted. The sound of the trains passing by is something we hear all day long, and it has become a normal part of our routine. We are just a local team that helps people build their homes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; usually, someone just sees our sign near the station and walks in to ask a few questions. Our office is simple and practical, filled with calculators, site plans, and a few chairs for guests. We know this neighborhood very well since we have lived and worked around here for years. Whether it is a small repair or a full house build, we just take it one brick at a time. It’s a lot of hard work in the Chennai sun, but we like seeing a house go from an empty plot to a place where a family can live. If you are getting off the train at Veppampattu, we are just a short walk away.
