Gammon India Limited

Our office is on the first floor of a building in Gopal Reddy Layout, right off Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. The area, Arekere, is always buzzing with traffic and people. If you know Bangalore, you know how Bannerghatta Road can be. We are at 106/1, and it’s a standard workspace for the Gammon India Limited crew. We don't have a fancy elevator or a marble lobby. It’s just stairs leading up to our floor. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of technical manuals. We spend our days looking at schedules and talking to people on various sites. The noise from the main road reaches us, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s a convenient spot because there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We aren't looking to impress anyone with our office decor. It’s functional and a bit cluttered, to be honest. We have wires running across the floor sometimes and piles of blueprints that need sorting. That’s just the nature of our work. We focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. The team here is a mix of people from different parts of the country, all brought together by the projects we handle. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the workload every week. There is always someone coming or going from this office throughout the day. It gets pretty loud but we get the job done.
