Four Zone Constuctions

We have been working out of this spot in Kolathur for a while now. Most people know the 42B bus stop nearby, so finding us on 4th Street in Poompuhar Nagar isn't usually too hard. We deal with construction, mostly small to mid-sized stuff around Chennai. Our office is at Plot 74, Door 92/4, nothing fancy. It is just a place where we keep our tools, maps, and drawings. The team here is small. We spend more time on site than at our desks, usually coming back with mud on our boots. It's not a glamorous job, but we like seeing a house go up from nothing. Some days are just filled with phone calls to vendors and checking on cement deliveries. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing the work. Sometimes we make mistakes on the paperwork, but we always try to fix things on the ground. People in the neighborhood stop by sometimes to ask about their own renovations. We try to give them straight answers without the technical jargon. It gets pretty hot in this part of town, especially in May, but the work doesn't stop. We've been here long enough that the local tea shop knows our orders by heart. That is basically what Four Zone Constuctions is about, just some guys building things in Kolathur. It's a simple life and we stay busy.
