Figa Architects

Figa Architects is located in Mogappair West. You can find us at No 9/143 in Mohonram Nagar. We are right near the backside of the DAV Girls School. It is a convenient landmark because almost everyone in the area knows where the school is located. The office is a modest space where we focus on our architectural projects. Being in Mohonram Nagar is nice because it is a residential area, so it is relatively quiet most of the time compared to the main roads. We have a simple setup with a couple of workstations and a lot of metal filing cabinets. There is always a stack of blueprints on the main table. We do not go for a high-end look at all; the focus is really just on the drawings and the site visits we have to do. Sometimes we are out in the field more than we are actually sitting in the office. When we are here, it is mostly about refining designs and talking to different contractors on the phone. People from Mogappair West often drop in to chat about their house plans or some renovation ideas. We keep things very low-key. No fancy coffee machines or glass partitions in here. Just a group of people who enjoy figuring out how buildings should go together. The office feels lived in, with samples of tiles and bricks lying around the corners. It is a practical environment for doing practical work. If you find the DAV Girls School, you are basically there.
