Our office is located over in Nolambur, specifically on 18th Cross Street in the TNHB Scheme area. If you know Mugappair West, you know it's gotten pretty crowded lately. East Coast Construction And Industries has been based at No:127 Lig for a while. It’s a handy spot because it's easy for the crew to get to from different parts of Chennai. We aren't really into those shiny glass offices you see in the city center. Ours is more of a practical space where we keep our tools and stacks of files. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of noise as everyone gets ready to go out. We deal with all sorts of construction tasks. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the right materials show up at the right time. Sometimes things go perfectly, and other times we’re scrambling to fix a delay, but that’s just construction for you. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build stuff and try to keep our clients updated. People in the neighborhood know us by now. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with samples of tiles or bricks lying around, but it just shows we’re actually working on things. We have a small team here in Nolambur, and everyone knows their role. We don't have those long corporate meetings; we just talk over a desk. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one for the folks who hire us.
