Dipti Gift Delivery Service

Dipti Gift Delivery Service is based at No. 32 Sivan Koil Street in the Villivakkam area. We started this because we noticed people wanted a way to send small tokens to their friends and family nearby without having to travel themselves. We are very close to the temple, so Sivan Koil Street is always full of life. Our operation is pretty simple. People call us or drop by, and we arrange to get a gift delivered to whoever they have in mind. We handle the packing and the transport ourselves. It’s not a huge logistics company, just a small local service. We use our own scooters to get around Villivakkam. Sometimes the traffic is bad or it starts raining, which makes deliveries a bit slow, but we do our best to get there. We’ve had some days where we are rushing around with flowers and boxes all afternoon. The shop itself is mostly a storage space for packing materials and items waiting to go out. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy uniforms. We are just local people helping other local people. Being in Villivakkam/N for so long, we know the shortcuts and the backstreets pretty well. We just want to help people share a little bit of happiness, even if it’s just a small package. It’s a modest business and we like the personal connection we have with our customers. We do the work ourselves and keep it local.
