Best Stamping & Forging

Our shop is located at number 381 in the XV Phase of the SIDCO Industrial Estate in Ambattur. If you know Ambattur, you know it's the heart of the manufacturing scene here. Our place is loud and hot, which is pretty standard for stamping and forging work. We have these big hammers and presses that make the whole floor shake when they're running. It’s not the kind of place where you can wear a clean shirt for very long. We are usually covered in a bit of soot or scale from the hot metal. We spend our shifts moving parts through the dies and making sure the furnaces are at the right temperature. It’s physically demanding, and the Chennai humidity doesn't make it any easier. We don't have any polished showrooms or marketing people walking around. It’s just us and the machines. We focus on getting the shapes right and making sure the metal is forged properly so it holds up. Most of the guys here have been doing this for a long time, so they don't need much direction. We just get the order list for the day and start banging out the parts. It’s a rough environment, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a glowing piece of metal turn into a finished part. We just keep at it, day after day, in our corner of the estate.
