Allied Resourcing

Allied Resourcing is tucked away over at No.223-A on Bharathi Road. If you know the Gnanamoorthy Nagar area in Ambattur, you’ve probably passed by us. It’s a decent spot for an office, though parking can be a bit of a headache on some afternoons. We focus on finding people for different jobs, mostly helping out businesses that don't have the time to look through stacks of resumes themselves. It started out small and stayed that way, which we like because we know everyone who walks through the door. There’s always coffee going in the back and someone is usually on a call. We spend our days looking at profiles and talking to folks who are looking for a change in their career. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us on our toes. The desks are usually covered in notes and printed out job descriptions. We don't use any fancy software to pick names; we actually read the stuff people send in. Sometimes we have a lot of positions to fill and other times it's slow, but that’s just how this business goes. We’ve been in this part of Ambattur for a good while now. Most of our neighbors are other small shops or families who have lived here forever. It feels like a real community. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people find a way to earn a living.
