Maria Interiors

Our place is located out in Kizhakkan Muthoor, along the Ison Kaviyoor Road near Anjilithanam. It’s a quiet area compared to the city, which suits us just fine. At Maria Interiors, we spend most of our time covered in sawdust or paint. We have a small workshop area where we figure out how things are going to fit together. It’s a lot of measuring and then measuring again because things are rarely straight in old houses. We’ve worked in a lot of homes around here over the years. Some days we are out on the road early, hauling materials in the back of the truck. Other days we stay in the office part of the building to deal with the bills and the drawings. The road outside gets a bit muddy when it rains, but we are used to that. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights and fancy music. Instead, we have wood scraps and a few benches where we sit and talk through the plans. Our neighbors know us well, and we often stop for a quick chat at the post office nearby. We just like making things look decent inside people’s rooms. It’s not about being the biggest name in the business, it’s just about doing a job that holds up. We’ve been at this address for a long time. Our desks are messy, but we know exactly where every tool and invoice is located.
