You can find us at Ps Arcade, which is located on Pookkayil Unniyal Road. We are on the first floor, at 28/33J. It’s a decent spot, though the parking can be a bit tight on the road sometimes. Hitech Security Solutions is what we call ourselves, but we're really just a small group of guys who know a lot about locks, alarms, and cameras. We’ve been working out of this arcade for a while. Our office is pretty functional. We have a lot of demo units scattered around so people can see how things work. We don't go for the polished, high-end look. We’d rather spend our money on better tools. People around here know us as the local security guys. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone’s neighbor tells them about us, and they show up at our door. We like it that way. It keeps things personal. We spend a lot of our time out at job sites, so the office is sometimes empty if you don't call ahead. We try to be honest about what people actually need. We don't try to sell anyone a system that's too big for their house. It’s just about being practical and helping people feel a bit safer in their own homes.
