D&E Architects

D&E Architects is located right along National Highway 17. We are in the Swagathamad area of Cherushola in Malappuram. Being on the highway means we see a lot of traffic and people moving through. It’s a convenient place for us because we often have to travel to different sites across the district. Our office is a simple place where we do all our planning and drawing. We don’t have any flashy signs or a big lobby. It is just a workspace for people who take building design seriously. We’ve been working in this area for quite some time now. We know the local regulations and how the land is around here. Usually, we are busy with house plans for local residents. The noise from the highway is something we’ve gotten used to over the years. We take a very direct approach to our work. We sit down with people, look at their land, and figure out what can be built there. There aren't any complicated processes or corporate layers to deal with. You just talk to us directly. Sometimes we are out on site for most of the day, so the office stays quiet. But we always get back to the drawings eventually. It’s a steady job, and we like being part of the local building community here in Cherushola. We just keep our heads down and get the drawings done.
