Pan Bazar in Kottakkal is always a bit of a squeeze. Our place, Concern Technology, is tucked away in Kuruka, and it’s the kind of spot where you really have to know where you’re going. It’s not like those big fancy showrooms you see in the city. We have a modest setup here. Most of our days are spent fixing things or looking over technical stuff that people bring in from the neighborhood. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of equipment lying around, but we manage to find space to work. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the shops, so there’s always something to look at if you take a break. We’ve been here in Kottakkal for a while, and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit. There’s more traffic now than there used to be. My brother usually handles the walk-ins while I stick to the back to focus on the more complicated bits. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us making sure things get done. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We have a lot of regulars who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their gear. It feels more like a community spot than a corporate office. We just do our work and go home when the sun goes down. It is what it is.
