Amigo Spa

Amigo Spa is situated on Almas Road in the Changuvetty area of Kottakkal. It’s a busy part of Malappuram, but we try to keep things a bit calmer inside our doors. We aren't one of those high-end, luxury places you see in magazines. We’re just a local spot where people can come for a bit of a break. The rooms are simple and we keep them as clean as we can. There’s usually the scent of some herbal oils in the air because that’s what we use most. We have a small staff of people who have been with us for a while. Sometimes the laundry takes a while to dry when it’s raining, so we have to stay on top of the towel supply. It’s not a corporate chain. We know most of our regulars by name. People stop in after a long day of work or when they’ve been traveling. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a waterfall. There’s just a desk, some chairs, and us. We try to keep the noise from Almas Road outside, but occasionally a loud truck goes by. It’s just a practical place for people in Kottakkal to get some rest. We don’t spend much on ads. Most folks find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a straightforward business and we just do our daily work. It’s steady and it keeps us going throughout the year.
