S.S.A Castings India Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at Plot No.90-C in the Cosmafan Foundry Cluster. This is part of Park-1 in Arasur. Being in a foundry cluster means it is always a bit dusty and there is a lot of heat coming from the furnaces. S.S.A Castings India Pvt. Ltd. is basically just this factory space where we do all the casting work. Arasur is quite a hub for this kind of thing, so we are surrounded by other similar shops. You can hear the sounds of metal hitting metal and the roar of the machines all day long. It is not the cleanest place to work, but casting is messy business by nature. We have our routine down. The guys start early to get the heat up in the furnaces. Then it is just a matter of getting the molds ready and pouring. The plot is big enough for what we do, but we use every inch of it for storage or production. Trucks come into Park-1 to pick up the heavy loads we finish. It is a lot of physical work and everyone here gets their hands dirty. We don't have a big reception area or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you are probably going to walk right onto the floor where the work is happening. It is loud and it is hot, but that is how we make the castings. We have been at 90-C for some time now and it works.
