If you are looking for us, we are up on the first floor at Door No. 1 on Karia Gounder Street. The shop number is 119. It’s right near Supaya School on College Road. Most people just look for the Marakadai Stop to know where to get off. We’ve got a lot of kids' clothes packed into this space. It’s busy because of the school being so close by. Murungapalayam Street is always bustling. We spend most of our time folding shirts and hanging up dresses. It’s a lot of small sizes, which is funny when you think about it. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow so you have to be careful. We have big windows that look out over the street. You can see everyone going about their day. We started this because we knew the area well. It isn't a fancy boutique with bright lights and music. It’s just a practical shop for parents who need stuff for their children. Sometimes we get distracted talking to the other shop owners nearby. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the faces. The shelves are always full because we keep getting new stock in from the suppliers. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized by age and size. We have a small mirror in the corner for the kids to see their new clothes.
