Gem Equipments

We have been at Sf No. 103 on Arasurpost Avanashi Road for a long time now. It gets quite busy around here because of all the traffic moving toward Coimbatore. The workshop itself is a bit loud most days. We usually have a couple of machines running at once and it can get pretty warm in the afternoons. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know how the place works. We don't really have a big fancy office, just a small desk in the corner where we keep the invoices and the old logbooks. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or so and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on. It’s not a glamorous job, but we keep busy making parts and fixing stuff that people bring in. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal dust or oil, no matter how much we sweep it at the end of the day. We have a small shed out back where we store the raw materials before they go onto the line. Most people find us just by looking for the big sign on the main road, though the paint is starting to peel a little bit. It’s just a normal workplace where everyone knows their job and we try to get things out on time without making too much of a fuss about it.
