Geethlaya Associates

We set up Geethlaya Associates over here on Pn Road in Mgr Nagar quite some time back. It’s a small office, nothing too flashy, just enough room for a few desks and some filing cabinets. The street outside can get pretty crowded with people going about their business, but inside it’s usually just the quiet hum of the computer or someone talking on the phone. We don't have a big team, just a handful of us who know each other well. We handle the paperwork and the meetings without making much of a scene. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how things are in this part of town. We’ve got a small kettle for tea which we use way too much. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to ask a quick question or drop off some documents. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We try to keep things organized, though the piles of paper sometimes grow faster than we can file them. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're too busy with the work to worry about that right now. We like being in Mgr Nagar because it feels like a real community. Everyone knows where number 12 is, so we don't have to give directions much. It's just a normal local office doing its thing.
