Cotton Fibre

You can find us at No. 167 Samundi Puram 2nd Street in the EB Colony Extension area of Ganthi Nager. Cotton Fibre has been part of this neighborhood for quite a while. It is a residential and commercial mix around here, so things stay pretty lively. We handle a lot of cotton, as you might guess from the name. Our space is often filled with bales and bags of fiber waiting to be processed or moved out. It is a soft but dusty environment to work in. We have a small group of people who keep the place running. We do not use many fancy gadgets; it is mostly manual work and staying on top of the inventory. The street outside is narrow, so it can be a bit of a challenge when the delivery trucks come by. We have learned to work around it over the years. Most of our neighbors know us well. We are not trying to be some big textile giant. We just do our bit here in Ganthi Nager. Sometimes we sit out on the steps during a break and watch the world go by on Samundi Puram 2nd Street. It is a decent place to spend the day. We do not have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just make sure the cotton is handled right and the orders go to the right people. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
