Sond Knit Garments

Sond Knit Garments is tucked away on I Street in Asher Nagar North. We are right behind the SAP Theatre, so if you can find the cinema, you can find us pretty easily. We are also quite close to the Alamelu Industrial Complex. It is a bit of a maze back here, but we like the location. The building at Sf No 5 is where we do all our knitting and packing work. It is an old-school way of working, really. We do not have fancy automated systems for everything. A lot of it is just hands-on stuff. The machines can be loud, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time checking the knits to make sure there are not any holes or weird threads sticking out. Sometimes the heat in the afternoons gets to us, but we keep the fans going and stay on schedule. It is not the most glamorous job in the world, but it pays the bills and keeps the local guys employed. We do not have a marketing department or anything. This is just a place where we make clothes. The back side of the theatre area is always a bit lively, which makes the days go by faster. We have seen a lot of businesses come and go in Tirupur, but we just try to keep our heads down and keep the machines running. It is just us, some fabric, and a lot of daily effort to get the orders out on time.
