Well Knit Industries

Our shop is number 377/2 over in Yamnadam Palaoam. It’s a tight space, but we make it work for what we do. Well Knit Industries has been around for a bit, and we mostly spend our time dealing with the machines and the fabrics. It can get pretty loud when everything is running, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other. It’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just the shop floor and a small area for the desk. We focus on getting the knitting right. Sometimes the threads break or a machine acts up, and we have to stop and fix it ourselves. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't experts at talking about ourselves, we just know how to handle the equipment. Most of our day is spent making sure the orders are packed and ready to go. The neighborhood is mostly other small businesses like ours. We get along with the people next door. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when there’s a big order to finish. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just try to do the work properly and go home.
