You will find us at No. 157 along Parapalyam Uthukuli Road. It’s a spot that stays busy because of all the nearby industries. We run a textile operation here, mostly focusing on basic garment work and fabric processing. The noise from the machines is something you just get used to after a few days. It is a big, open space with high ceilings and lots of dust from the cotton. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles; we’re just a bunch of people who know how to handle fabric. Every morning, we open up the shutters and get the lines moving. There are piles of finished goods waiting to be packed and raw materials coming in on trucks. Uthukuli Road is always full of vehicles, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a challenge. We don't have a showroom or a place for people to browse. Most of our work is done for other businesses that need things made to certain specs. We spend a lot of time checking for flaws in the weave or making sure the colors match the samples. It’s repetitive work, but it keeps us focused. Some of our machines are quite old, but they still do a better job than the new ones sometimes. We keep a small office in the front to handle the billing and the paperwork. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role and just gets on with it.
