Westman Clothing Company

Down here at 6/70 R V E Layout on 3rd Street, things are pretty quiet compared to the main roads. Westman Clothing Company is just a regular building in a layout full of similar businesses. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Most of our days are spent inside, dealing with the actual making and packing of clothes. The 3rd Street area is mostly industrial, so there’s always a truck backing up or someone loading pallets nearby. Our space isn't huge, but it’s enough for what we need. We’ve got our cutting tables and the storage area all set up. It’s not the most stylish office you’ve ever seen. The chairs are old and the floors are concrete, but it’s where we get things done. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due. It’s a lot of physical work, moving fabric and checking seams. We know the people on our street and we mostly keep to ourselves. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, work on the clothing, and go home. It’s a simple, local setup that works for us and has for years.
