Vigneshwaraa Garments

Our place is at No. 2/1 Arul Jothi Nagar, right on the N. R. K Puram Main Road. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of noise from the buses and scooters passing by, but it makes it easy for our workers to get here. We have a medium-sized setup where we do all our garment production. Inside, it is filled with the hum of stitching machines and the sound of people talking over their work. We have big windows that let in some light, but most of the time we rely on the overhead lamps to see the fine details of the fabric. There are racks filled with cut pieces waiting to be joined and finished items being packed into plastic bags. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't use any fancy management systems, just a notebook and some chalk to keep track of what needs to be done each day. Sometimes the fabric deliveries are late or the colors aren't exactly what we expected, so we have to adjust on the fly. It’s just part of the job. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so we just get on with the daily tasks without needing much explanation. We aren't looking for awards or anything, just making sure the clothes we make are decent and finished on time for everyone.
