Celestial Knit Fashions

It is a bit of a long address to write down, but once you find the HP petrol pump on P. N. Road, we are right behind it in Vigneshwara Nagar. Specifically at No. 8/696c. Being behind the petrol pump means we always have a landmark to tell people when they get lost. Pooluvapatti is a busy area and P. N. Road is always packed with vehicles moving back and forth. We have a lot of dust because of the road work that seems to happen all the time, but we just keep the doors mostly shut. The building we are in is functional. It’s got enough room for the knitting work and for us to move around without bumping into each other too much. We started Celestial Knit Fashions without much fanfare. It was just a way to use our skills. We have a few people who have been with us since the start. We drink a lot of coffee during the afternoon slump. Sometimes we sit on the steps in the back when the sun starts to go down. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. We use fans and keep the windows open when the breeze is right. Most of our days are spent checking samples or looking at schedules. It is a lot of practical work and not much else. We are just glad to be working here and doing our usual tasks in this little corner.
