Vertex Knits

Vertex Knits is located right at No. 3/245 C Kovil Thottam, just across from the tower at Veerapandi Pirivu. If you know that area, you know it is a bit out of the main way but easy enough to find if you are looking for the tower landmark. We have been here for some time now, mostly focusing on knitted goods because that is what we know how to do. The workspace is simple and a bit cramped. We have a few machines and a small group of people who have been with us since the start. It gets hot inside during the summer months, but we keep the fans going and get through the day's tasks. We do not spend money on big signs or fancy brochures. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by just stopping by when they see the door open. Our address is a bit of a mouthful for some, but once you get to Veerapandi Pirivu, it is right there. We handle everything from the initial yarn to the final piece. It is dusty work sometimes, and the machines can be stubborn, but it is what pays the bills. We do not claim to be the biggest in town, just a small shop trying to do things the right way. Most of the time, we are just busy checking the stitches and making sure nothing is loose. It is a lot of sitting and watching the needles move.
