Located out on Nocipalayam Road, our workshop is part of the Veerapandi Post area. It is a bit of a drive from the main town, but that gives us a bit more space to work. The building at Sf No. 4/ 684 isn't much to look at from the outside, just a functional space with a corrugated roof. Inside, it’s a different story with the constant hum of the machines and people talking over the noise. We make a lot of basic apparel and stay busy with the local orders. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it tough for the transport vans to pull in. We usually have tea together under the shade of the tree out front during the afternoon break. It’s a tight-knit group here; most of the workers live just a short walk away. We don't use any fancy software or big management systems. We just write things down in the ledger and keep track of the pieces as they come off the line. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in this part of town. We just want to get the garments finished and out the door so we can start on the next batch tomorrow morning. There is always a lot to do, and we just keep our heads down and get through the pile.
